| About Production Cycle |
Modifications to customized orders within 8 hours are acceptable, and cannot be made after 8 hours of payment. As the product has already been produced, please carefully check the drawings before confirming them.
As it is a customized and large product, there are measurement and design, communication plans, and determination of plans before placing an order for production in the early stage
Etc. Confirming the order, starting from the second day after the production payment is received, the production cycle for panel type paint free furniture is 18-30 days, and for solid wood paint furniture is 40-2 months. The specific time depends on the complexity of the materials and styles. |
| Regarding returns and exchanges |
As customized furniture is a product tailored to your desired style, material, color, size, and configuration, it cannot be resold after placing an order for production. Therefore, all products are confirmed by the buyer and cannot be returned or exchanged after placing an order for production. |
| Regarding the color difference between photos and actual objects |
The product images displayed by our company are physical photos or 3D renderings.
